FRESH START: 3 WEEK FASTING AND PRAYER

The 3-week challenge of healthy eating and strong spirit is January 9th to 29th. We are fasting and praying intensely for 21 days. It’s our Daniel Fast. No carbohydrates, no meat, no dairy products, no fried food for 21 days. We break the fast with salad, vegetables, and/or fruits.

Daniel 10:2-3 (CEV); “For three weeks…I ate no fancy food or meat, I drank no wine…”

The direction of the fast is as follows:

  1. For God to manifest and bring to pass every dream and vision you are carrying in your heart and spirit. 
  2. For God to manifest and fulfill every promise of His concerning your life, family, and career.
  3. For God to faithfully keep His covenant of ceaselessly preserving, prolonging, protecting, and prospering your life.
  4. For God to give you a fresh start and make everything in your body, spirit, soul, and life completely brand new.
