3-WEEK CHALLENGE OF HEALTHY EATING

The 21 day challenge of healthy eating, fasting, and intense daily prayers is from January 8th to January 28th. We are and praying intensely and engaged in The Daniel Fast. No carbohydrates, no meat, no dairy products, no fried food for 21 days. We break the fast with salad, vegetables, and fruits. Let’s eat right.
