{Psalm 55:22}; “Cast your burden on the Lord, and He shall sustain you.”

(1) Pray: Lord, I cast every burden I am carrying on You.

(2) Pray: Lord, please take off my shoulders the weight that slows me down.

(3) Pray: Lord, please sustain me.
