{Psalm 69:10, MSG}; “When I poured myself out in prayer and fasting.”

1. In the name of Jesus, I purpose in my heart to pour myself out to the Lord in prayer and fasting.
2. God my source, as I pour myself out in prayer and fasting, please let there be supernatural provision and supply of all my needs.
3. In the name of Jesus, this month, I will have all the benefits and blessings prayer and fasting has to offer me.
